Stimulation of myofibrillar synthesis by exercise is mediated by more efficient translation of mRNA

Did you understand what this text is talking about? Well, from a commoner's eyes...the answer is NO. And why not? Because not everyone has a good background on science...only those who have interest in them or are exposed to science have the knowledge to interpret what these composition of words are telling to its readers.

For a commoner's point of view its all just a big mumbo jumbo of Science "stuff" and "for Geeks and Nerds" only they can read, process and understand. Its as if there was no intention of letting a commoner understand what they were studying about. With all of those words entangled with formulas, equations, and numbers...not everybody is attracted to read that sort of stuff even if it was talking about the "HOW TO SAVE MANKIND FROM A VIRAL DISEASE" BOOK.

What im saying is...not everyone has a good background on science EVEN with SCIENTIFIC TERMINLOGIES. Not everyone is a scientist. Not everyone is interested in science, let alone understand it. But one thing everyone has a common interest is the answer to the question: "WILL THIS STUDY BENEFIT ME WHEN IM GONNA READ THIS ARTICLE?"

There's a lot of reasons to tell you that the answer is YES. It can be due to personal interests such as for a school project, reference to a thesis or related study, for just showing off what you know about, for marketing purposes and a lot lot more. But for one thing's for sure... it is because of "sharing this knowledge" to others that makes it a worth while "fun".
